Egg in a Pepper
A quick, fast clean up for busy mornings.
Serves 1
Ingredients

1 egg
-
1 bell pepper ring, 1/4 of an inch think

Salt and pepper to season

Cheese and toast optional
Directions
1. Heat an oiled pan to medium heat and place the pepper ring in.
2. Crack egg in pepper. Cook until edges are brown, 2-3 minutes.
3. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Add seasonings, cheese if desirable.
4. Optional, serve with toast.
